QUALITY PROGRAM
Controlled, not assumed.
FLAM work runs to written standard operating procedures, with station checklists at each step and inspection against the drawings before anything leaves the floor.
Written procedures
Shop and field SOP manuals cover storefront, stick curtain wall, aluminum door fabrication, brake metal and ACM panel fabrication.
Station checklists
Each SOP carries station checklists matched to our quality forms, so the procedure and the record say the same thing.
Inspected before release
Dimensional and adhesion checks are completed and logged before units are released to crating.
What that means on your job
- Parts that match the drawing the first time — less rework on the wall
- Structural silicone metered, and its application logged
- Documentation available when your project needs it
- Units kitted and labeled so crews install without sorting
