FLAM is the fabrication arm of Ajay Glass Co. — a 155,000 sq ft plant in Farmington, NY fabricating storefront, curtain wall, entrances, brake metal and ACM panels for glazing and panel contractors, and an authorized Tubelite distributor.

WHAT WE FABRICATE
Built to your drawings, inspected before it ships.
Storefront
Cut, machined and prepped storefront framing — screw-spline or shear-block — kitted and labeled by elevation.
Curtain Wall
Stick components, shop-assembled ladder frames, structural silicone glazed and unitized curtain wall.
Entrances
Narrow, medium and wide stile aluminum doors with mechanical or welded corners, prepped for hardware.
Brake Metal
Shop-formed flashings, sills, closures and trim, fabricated to field-measured dimensions.
ACM Panels
Routed, folded and assembled composite panels, including the Ajay Advantage attachment system.
CNC & Waterjet
5-axis machining, 5′ × 20′ CNC panel routing and a 5′ × 10′ waterjet cutting steel up to 6″.

Kitted, labeled and crated to your sequence, delivered on our own tractors and roll-top trailers.
